Women's Wellness Weekend

April 10-12, 2015    

Enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend on Glen Cove. We take care of everything so you can relax and connect with new or old friends. Read a book, participate in fitness classes, tour Glen Cove by kayak, and explore camp and all it has to offer.  All guests enjoy our comfortable, heated cabins with indoor restrooms.  Our healthy meals provide lots of options, and our kitchen team can accomodate most dietary needs. Whether you want to lounge by the waterfront or experience camp activities like archery and climbing, Women's Wellness Weekend is the escape you deserve.

5pm – Check in begins
5:30-7pm – Dinner
7-8pm – Get to know you activities, Staff introductions
8:30pm – Board Games, Socializing

Saturday
7am – Morning walk/jog for coffee
8:30am – Breakfast
9:30-10:45am – Session 1
11-12:15pm – Session 2
12:30pm – Lunch
1:30-2:45pm – Session 3
3:00-4:15pm – Session 4
4:30-5:45pm – Session 5
6pm – Dinner, Dessert
7-8pm – Night Hike/Evening Group Activity
8-10pm – Movie Night

Sunday
7am – Morning walk/jog for coffee
8:30am-10:00am – Brunch
10-11:00am – Session 6
11am-12:00pm – Session 7
11:30am Cabin clean up, luggage assist, check out
12:30pm – Departure
