Environmental Center
Explore the varied sea life of Glen Cove in our saltwater touch tanks. Depending on the time of year, the tanks hold crabs, sea stars, sea cucumbers, oysters, clams, mussels, sea slugs, moon snails, and sea anemones. Our staff can customize a learning experience to fit your group needs.
Small breakout rooms are avaiable in the Upper Environmental Center. If your groups goals require "white board" brainstormming in an inspirational cove-view room, Camp Seymour is the place for you. The below rooms handle small group sessions for 12-18 people and 25-35 people, comfortably.
The Environmental Center deck is wonderful spot for reading a good book, or just sharing great conversation.
The Upper Environmental Center houses 15-18 reptiles, ranging from snakes and geckos to turles and lizards. Our camp staff can package a "reptile program" to fit your groups needs and schedule.
