Women's Wellness Weekend 2007 Was So Wonderful . . .
That we are hosting TWO 2-night Women's Wellness Weekends in 2008!

March 14-16 and May 2-4, 2008
$99.00/person for this amazing weekend! (non YMCA members add $4.00)
Tshirts will be an additional fee: $10 for short sleeve, $15 for long sleeve

YMCA Camp Seymour provides an affordable opportunity for women to get away from it all, celebrate life and spend time together in the outdoors. Our program includes a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, motivating guest speakers and lots of time for rest, relaxation, and fun!
Take time for YOU and join us for Women's Wellness Weekend! Arrive at camp Friday evening (new option!) or early Saturday morning for a continental breakfast and introductions, and then spend the weekend choosing from a wide variety of activities. Spend time in Pilates & Yoga classes, canoeing or kayaking, and enjoying a massage. Listen to dynamic speakers share their thoughts with us. Take a nature hike on a quiet trail through towering groves of cedar and fir. Try your skill at archery or challenge yourself on the climbing wall. Laugh and play on the basketball court in a pick-up game with new friends. Take a moment to meditate on the beauty around you in our outdoor Chapel.
You'll enjoy delicious, healthy meals and sleep tight in comfortable, wood paneled cabins with adjustable heat and beautiful views. Cabins will be shared by 8-10 women, so invite your friends and neighbors to join us for a weekend of fun and relaxation!
