YMCA Camp Seymour provides an affordable opportunity for women to get away from it all, celebrate life and spend time together in the outdoors. Our program includes a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, motivating guest speakers and lots of time for rest, relaxation, and fun!

Take time for YOU and join us for Women's Wellness Weekend! Arrive at camp Friday evening or early Saturday morning for breakfast, introductions and out kick off activities. The weekend is then custom designed to your taste choosing from a wide variety of activities. Spend time in Fitness classes such as: Zumba, Pilates & Yoga,
canoeing or kayaking in our cove, or enjoying a massage (additional fee required). Listen to some local ladies share their inspirational thoughts with us druing different tansitional times throughout the weekend. Gain some advice from professionals in the medical field speaking on topics related to women.  Take a nature hike on a quiet trail through towering groves of cedar and fir. Try your skill at archery or challenge yourself on the climbing wall. Laugh and play on the basketball court in a pick-up game with new friends. Take a moment to meditate on the beauty around you in our outdoor Chapel.

You'll enjoy delicious, healthy meals and sleep tight in comfortable, wood paneled
cabins with adjustable heat, and beautiful views. Each cabin has it's own bathroom/shower.  Cabins will be shared by 7-10 women (or up to 14 upon request!), so invite your friends and neighbors to join us for a weekend of fun and relaxation!

Friday
5:00pm - Check-In begins, Tours, snacks
8:00pm - Session 1 (limited class offerings - usually yoga and a night walk)

9-11pm - Dining Hall socializing, games, and time to build your own custom weekend schedule

Saturday
8:00-9:00am - Check-In continues, Tours, Class Registrations, Breakfast

9 am - Kick-off and Introductions                                                                                                             

9:45-12:00 Session 2 & 3 Morning Activities (fitness classes, yoga, crafts, canoeing, hiking, and much more)   

12:15 - Lunch                                                                                                                                             

1:00 - GROUP PHOTO!                                                                                                                            

1:30-5:00 Sessions 4, 5 and 6 - Afternoon Activities                                                                            

(fitness classes, yoga, crafts, canoeing, hiking, and much more!)

5:30 Dinner Starts

7:00 PM Special Community Event (Dance like noone is watching!)

8:00 Campfire, fellowship & fun! S'mores (by popular vote!)                                                                       

9-11pm - options: Movie (chosen by popular vote) OR  Dining Hall socializing, games

Sunday
7:00am - Yoga or Run/walk for local coffee/late
8:30am - Breakfast & pre-pack/clean cabin
9:30-10:15 Session 7: Chapel or Personal Time
10:30 - 11:40 Session 8: Morning Activities
Noon - Lunch, slideshow and closing thoughts!
