Family Camp Activities
Weekend family camps include a variety of recreational activities for your family to choose from including canoeing, climbing wall, arts & crafts, basketball, pickleball, four square, volleyball, archery, hiking, marine touch tanks, and more! Programs are directed by full-time YMCA professionals and staffed with dedicated leaders. Each retreat also has specialized programs such as scavenger hunts, family games, workshops, and campfires. We also encourage participants to rest, relax, and enjoy our natural setting.
Explore the sea life of Glen Cove on a guided beach walk or tour of our saltwater touch tanks. Follow a quiet trail past sword ferns and through towering groves of cedar and fir trees. Try your skill at archery or challenge yourself on the climbing wall. Laugh and play on the ballfield during family games. Take a moment to meditate on the beauty around you in our outdoor Chapel. Numbers permitting, programs may also include a hike with a Camp Seymour naturalist and/or guided trips in canoes for those wishing to explore southern Puget Sound from the water.
We'll commemorate your experience with a complimentary family photo.
